The Challenge
The Lotz team recognized a need to improve their driver recruitment and application process, as well as update their entire digital presence.
Solutions
Razbit went to work completely redesigning each company’s individual website. Lotz wanted an interactive experience so we shot this video with one drone and a videographer – with real employees and real locations. We also created an extensive driver application form allowing them fully customize and manage their own application process.
Impact
Since the launch of the new websites the Lotz businesses have been able to more effectively recruit qualified drivers and more confidently promote their businesses to potential clients.
