Join the Razbit leadership and strategy teams. The Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining the intake of leads, clients, closed business and ongoing subscription business. Reporting to the Managing Partner the Sales Manager will lead initiatives to generate new business for the company. An ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of advertising and digital marketing deliverables, technology, software development timelines, customer retention, lead generation, quoting, hours estimates and more
Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Lead Generation. Act as an instigator for incoming leads, generated by any means and manage the sales funnel for those leads in HubSpot CRM, vet new projects with existing customers
Account Management. Assist with client side development of content strategy to guide client side understanding of campaigns, projects and strategies implemented by the company, including web and blog content, email, social media, advertising, mail and email, packaging, go to market material, and more.
Extensive Written and Verbal Communication. Support an outgoing marketing communication strategy through the creation of digital and print communications across media spaces, schedule and host meetings in collaboration with the Strategy and Creative teams. Participate in outlining presentation design conveying visual steps and options, including, wireframes, layouts, logos & imprints, branding systems, information technology, access protocols, security features, software plugins, service plugins and more.
Research. As needed and across a broad array of industries and
Required Experience/Education and Skills:
Ability to work with a Creative Director or Project manager to set design and project goals
Advanced in Adobe Suite – esp. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Website development and maintenance, WordPress, WooCommerce, Divi
Video Production; editing a plus, Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut
Familiarity working with sales and marketing teams on digital marketing communications
Comfort with managing multiple projects simultaneously, within competing timelines, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Self-driven; ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a small office environment
Portfolio showing past projects/work samples
